Getting Started with Photohawk
Welcome to Photohawk! This guide will help you get started by setting up your first gallery and managing your photo collections.
Step 1: Create a Gallery
The first step in using Photohawk is to create a gallery. A gallery is your main workspace where your photos are organised and displayed.
Go to your dashboard and click Create Gallery.
Give your gallery a name and description.
Each new gallery automatically includes a default collection.
Step 2: Organise Your Photos with Collections
Collections help you categorise your photos within a gallery.
You can upload photos directly into the default collection or create additional collections to suit your organisation needs.
To create a new collection, select your gallery and click Add Collection.
Step 3: Upload Photos
Once your collections are ready, start uploading your images.
Drag and drop your files or use the upload button to import from your device.
After uploading, Photohawk automatically scans each photo using artificial intelligence to identify details and enhance organisation.
Step 4: Customise Your Gallery
Every gallery comes with settings that let you tailor its look and functionality.
Layout: Choose how photos and collections are displayed.
Pricing: Set pricing options if you plan to sell photos.
Watermarking: Enable or adjust watermark settings to protect your work.
Step 5: Review and Share
When your gallery is set up and customised, preview it to make sure everything looks perfect. You can then share it with clients or make it public.
