We’re sorry to hear that your print order hasn’t arrived yet.
Print orders normally take 3–5 working days to be processed and delivered within the UK, but there are a few reasons why it may take a little longer:
Order on hold: Sometimes an order is paused if there’s an issue with the image crop submitted or if the address provided is incomplete. Our team will reach out by email if this happens.
Lost in transit: On rare occasions, parcels can be delayed or lost during shipping.
Photographer-fulfilled orders: Some orders are handled directly by the photographer. This will be noted in your confirmation email, and during busy periods these can take up to 2 weeks to fulfil.
International shipping: If your order is being shipped internationally, delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing times.
