Changes to print size or format can only be made within a very small window after placing your order.
Once an order is placed, our team reviews it to ensure there are no issues with the crop or address before submitting it to the print lab.
If you contact us before your order has been checked and submitted, we may be able to make the changes you need or even cancel the order. Please email support@photohawk.com as soon as possible with your order reference number and the details of the change you’d like.
If your order has already been submitted to the lab, unfortunately we can no longer modify it. However, we can cancel the order, but only a partial refund will be available at this stage, and you would need to place the order again with the correct specifications.
