Why can’t I log in to my Photohawk account?

If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t worry — in most cases it’s a quick fix.

Here are the most common reasons and what to check:

1. Check your email address carefully

The most common reason members can’t log in is a small spelling mistake in the email address used during sign-up (for example, an extra dot or missing character). If the email doesn’t match exactly, the system won’t recognise your login.


2. Try resetting your password

If your email is correct but you still can’t log in:

  • Go to the login page

  • Click “Forgot password”

  • Enter your email address

If an account exists with that email, you’ll receive a reset email.

If no email arrives, this may indicate the account was created with a different (or incorrect) email address.


3. Check your inbox (and spam folder)

If you’ve recently:

  • Registered a new account, or

  • Been invited to an organisation

Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an invitation or activation email. You’ll need to accept this before logging in.


4. Still stuck? Contact support

  • The email address you believe you signed up with

  • Account name

  • A screenshot of the error message (if possible)
