Upgrading or downgrading

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your Photohawk subscription at any time directly through your account.

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Select Billing

  3. Click Manage Subscription

This will take you to our billing portal, where you can choose Update Subscription to change your plan — whether you’d like to upgrade to access more features or downgrade to a smaller plan.

Upgrades will include a pro rata cost, meaning you’ll only pay for the difference for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrades do not provide any refunds for the active month’s subscription, but the new plan will take effect immediately and billing will adjust on your next renewal date.

Please note: non-payment of invoices for 7 days or more will result in your account being temporarily suspended. Once all outstanding invoices are paid, your account will be automatically reactivated within 1 hour.
