The length of time a gallery remains available on Photohawk is determined by the Photohawk Member (the photographer or event organiser) who uploaded the photos.
Photohawk does not automatically remove galleries.
Instead, each member manages their own storage and decides how long to keep their galleries online.
Understanding Storage Limits
Members have a storage allowance included in their plan. The more galleries and photos they store, the more storage is consumed. If a member approaches or exceeds their included storage, they can:
Option 1 — Delete older galleries
This keeps them within their included limits.
Option 2 — Keep all galleries online
If they choose not to delete anything, that’s absolutely fine. Any storage beyond their plan is billed at the beginning of the following month.
Additional Storage Costs
If a member uses more storage than their account includes, additional usage is charged at: $0.023 per GB ($23 per TB), these charges are billed monthly.
Where can members check their storage usage?
Members can view their current storage usage directly inside their account:
Go to the Photos page
At the top, you'll see how much storage has been used
This helps members decide whether to keep or delete galleries
