What payment methods are available in Malaysia?

If you have a Photohawk workspace in Malaysia, there are several payment methods available for your customers.

The payment methods available depend on whether you have connected a Stripe account to your Photohawk workspace.

Customers can pay by credit or debit card as normal.
​

Touch ’n Go is currently available through our payment partner, Antom. There is nothing additional you need to set up within Stripe to offer Touch ’n Go.
​

To offer GrabPay, you will need to connect a Stripe account to your Photohawk workspace. This can be either an individual or business Stripe account.
​

To offer FPX (online banking), you will also need to connect Stripe.

FPX is only available if your Stripe account is:

If your Stripe account does not meet Stripe's requirements for FPX, this payment method may not be available at checkout.

You can connect your Stripe account from your account settings within Photohawk. Once connected, the payment methods available for your Stripe account can be offered alongside the other supported payment options.
​

For this payment pathway Photohawk commission is automatically netted from your payouts.

The commission rate applicable to your sales depends on your Photohawk subscription plan.

You can view your current plan and commission rate within Account & Billing in your Photohawk account.
