If you want to share your photos freely — for example, with event participants, clients, sponsors, or for promotional purposes — you can create a free download gallery.
How it works
Viewers can download their photos at no cost.
As the member, you cover a small hosting fee of $0.008–$0.020 per photo uploaded.
This fee is billed as a one-off charge at the start of the next calendar month.

Please note: upselling high resolution photos, videos and print products can be offered along side free downloads when configuring gallery settings.
Selling (Sales Galleries)
If you’d like to sell your photos, you can create a sales gallery.
How it works
Customers pay for downloads or print products through your gallery checkout.
You earn revenue directly from each sale.
Photohawk automatically handles:
Digital delivery (email + WhatsApp)
Print fulfilment (via our integrated lab)
Fees
No upload fee for sales galleries
Instead, costs are covered through:
Commission: 13.5 - 25%
Transaction fee: varies between varies payment methods.
These fees apply only to successful transactions — if you don’t sell anything, you don’t pay anything.
Important: Account Suspension for Unpaid Invoices
Non-payment of invoices for 7 days or more will result in your account being temporarily suspended.
Once all outstanding invoices are paid, your account will be automatically reactivated within 1 hour.
