This can sometimes happen if the mobile number was entered incorrectly at checkout, or if there was no country code (I.E. +44), which prevents the files from being delivered to the correct WhatsApp account.

The email address used to place your order
Your correct mobile number, including the country code
Once we have this information, our team will investigate and make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Please note: only photo order can be sent via WhatsApp, videos and reels will be sent via email.
