Can I get a refund for my order?

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as all purchases are final once digital files or prints have been delivered. However, refunds may be offered in specific circumstances such as:

  • Damaged/Unsatisfactory prints that cannot be replaced or reprinted

  • Duplicate orders placed accidentally

  • Incorrect or failed downloads where replacement files cannot be provided

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please email support@photohawk.com with your order reference number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
