My print colours look different from my screen

It’s normal for print colours to differ slightly from what you see on your device.

Screens are backlit and colour-calibrated differently, which can make images appear brighter or more vibrant compared to printed output. Printers use a different colour space, so slight variations are expected.

If the colour difference seems extreme or incorrect, please contact us at support@photohawk.com.
Include:

  • Your order reference number

  • A photo of the image you ordered, and

  • A photo of the print you received

In some cases, the issue may have occurred at the lab and we can arrange a reprint.
If the print still does not meet our or the photographer’s expectations, we will offer a full refund.
