Below is a simple guide to what you can and cannot do with your purchased images.
What You Can Do
When you buy a digital download, you receive personal use rights, which means you may:
Share your photo on social media (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.)
Use it on your personal profiles
Print it for yourself
Keep a copy on your phone or computer
Send it privately to friends or family
Personal use is included automatically with all purchases — no extra licence is required.
What You Cannot Do
Personal use does not include commercial or public redistribution rights.
You may not:
Sell the photo
Use it for advertising, business promotion, or marketing
Provide the full-resolution file publicly for others to download
Claim the photographer’s work as your own
Make heavy edits or modifications without permission
If you need permission for business or commercial use, please contact the photographer or event organiser directly.
Do I need to credit the photographer?
You don’t have to — but tagging the photographer is always appreciated if you know who they are!
