Pages

Pages are optional but can be a top-level structures that help you organise your galleries. They sit at the top of your Photos area and act like the main landing spaces that group and present your galleries in a clean, professional way.

Default Page

If you don’t create any Pages, all galleries appear under a single automatic Default Page. This becomes the customer-facing landing page by default.


How to Create a Page

1. Go to your "Photos" and click "New Page" (top right)

2. Name Your Page

Enter a name that describes the purpose of the Page, such as:

  • 2025 Events

  • Trail Series

  • Weddings

  • City Marathon Collection

As you type, you will see the URL update below based on your chosen page name.

3. Choose which galleries appear on this page.

Leave empty to include all galleries. You can change this later.


4. Create the Page

Select Create.

Your new Page will appear at the top of your Photos screen.


Page Editing & Customisation

To edit a Page:

  1. Click the ellipsis (⋯) to the right of the Page name

  2. Select Edit

You will now see the full Page settings.


General Page Settings

Name

Update your Page title at any time including the URL slug.

Galleries on the page

Choose which galleries appear on this page. Leave empty to include all galleries. You can change this later.

Gallery pattern

Input words that correlate to that gallery or match by a pattern — e.g. 2024-* or wedding. Matches gallery name/slug; combined with any galleries chosen above. Leave the list empty to use only the pattern.

Gallery Order

Select which order you would like the galleries to appear in your page. This can be newest or oldest first. Here you can select Default language.

Addtional features

Published

Show gallery names - Choose Yes / No to show or hide gallery titles.

Show gallery dates - Choose Yes / No to display event dates.

Welcome text - Enter an introduction or message customers will see at the top of your Page. This is optional and can be left blank.


Media


Choose listing image

Display options:

  • Cover – fills the space, cropping may occur

  • Contain – fits the whole image within the space with a white boarder

Banner Image (Mobile & Desktop)

Add a separate banner image for:

  • Desktop view

  • Mobile view

These are optional and can be left empty.



Theme

Optional, toggle on Use a custom theme. If this is left "Off", it will default to use your account branding.​


Saving Your Changes

Once you've made your updates, scroll to the bottom and click Update.

You can view your changes any time by clicking Preview at the top of the screen.


Page Preview & Sharing

Select Preview to see exactly what your customers will see once the Page is published.

At the top of the Preview screen, you’ll find the Page URL.
You can:

  • Share this link on social media

  • Send it to customers directly

  • Embed it on your website

This makes it easy for customers to browse your galleries in a clean, organised way.
