How it works
Each time you upload photos to a Free Download gallery, those uploads count towards your monthly billing.
This applies regardless of whether the images are:
Free to download.
Later deleted.
Re-uploaded with a different filename or file size.
If photos are uploaded again, they are treated as new uploads. This is because each upload is processed and scanned into our system, so it counts towards your monthly upload total.
Example
If you:
Upload 2,500 photos to a Free Download gallery.
Delete those photos.
Upload the same 2,500 photos again.
Your next invoice will be based on 5,000 uploaded photos, as both uploads are processed separately.
Key point
Your billing is based on photo uploads, not the number of photos remaining in a gallery when it is published.
Every upload is counted when it is processed by the system, even if the photos are later removed or re-uploaded, due to the initial costs when first uploaded.
