How to Access Your Gallery Analytics
Go to your Photohawk Account.
Locate the gallery you wish to track.
Click “Open” on the gallery.
On the gallery dashboard, look to the right of the “Photos” tab and click on “Analytics”.
What You’ll See in Analytics
1. Key Overview Stats
Number of Users: The total number of people who have visited your gallery (if a customer changes their device to view your gallery, they are classed as a new users).
Visits: Total number of gallery page views (including repeat visitors).
Orders: The number of successful orders placed through your gallery.
Live Viewer Count: Displays how many people have accessed your gallery within the last 30 minutes - useful for monitoring real-time engagement.
2. Visitor Timeline
This graph shows:
A timeline from when your gallery was created.
The number of visits to your gallery across that timeframe.
What it’s useful for:
Understanding when interest peaks after your event.
Spotting marketing or social media boosts (e.g. after sending out promotional emails or posting on Instagram).
Evaluating the lifespan of gallery engagement.
3. Orders Timeline
This graph shows:
A timeline from when your gallery was created.
The number of orders placed within that timeframe.
What it’s useful for:
Monitoring sales patterns.
Identifying when customers are most likely to purchase.
Evaluating the impact of marketing campaigns or discounts on actual sales.
