How do Photohawk payouts work?

Photohawk payouts work in one of two ways, depending on whether you use a Connected Stripe account.

If you use connected Stripe

If your account is connected to Stripe:

  • Customer payments are processed directly via your Stripe account.

  • Photohawk commission and Stripe fees are automatically deducted.

  • You receive your net commission in your Stripe balance.

  • Stripe automatically pays out to your bank account based on your Stripe payout schedule.

To check your payout status, log into your Stripe dashboard.

If you do not use connected Stripe

In some countries, payouts are processed via our payout partner.

Here’s what to expect:

  • There is a 3-day settlement period after each order.

  • After 3 days, you can request a payout from your account.

  • Once requested, payouts can take up to 3 working days to reach your bank account.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when funds are on the way.


Why might my payout be delayed?

Delays can occur due to:

  • Payment settlement processing

  • Banking systems

  • International transfers

  • Weekend or public holiday processing

If your payout has not arrived after 5 working days, please contact support with your payout reference number and we’ll investigate for you.
