Why was my account suspended?

Your Photohawk account may be temporarily suspended for one or more of the following reasons:

Updated over 2 months ago

Unpaid invoices or subscriptions

If an invoice or subscription payment remains unpaid for 7 days or more, your account will be automatically suspended until payment is received.

  • During suspension, access to your account may be limited

  • Payouts will not be processed while there are outstanding subscription payments or unpaid invoices

  • Once the outstanding balance is cleared, your account will automatically reopen within 1 hour, and payouts will resume as normal


Misuse of Photohawk

This includes activities that go against our Terms of Use, such as:

  • Using multiple platforms to sell photos without prior permission from Photohawk

  • Any actions that compromise the integrity, security, or fair use of the platform


What should I do if my account is suspended?

If your account has been suspended:

  • Please check your email for any notifications from our team

  • Ensure all outstanding invoices or subscription payments have been settled
