Unpaid invoices or subscriptions
If an invoice or subscription payment remains unpaid for 7 days or more, your account will be automatically suspended until payment is received.
During suspension, access to your account may be limited
Payouts will not be processed while there are outstanding subscription payments or unpaid invoices
Once the outstanding balance is cleared, your account will automatically reopen within 1 hour, and payouts will resume as normal
Misuse of Photohawk
This includes activities that go against our Terms of Use, such as:
Using multiple platforms to sell photos without prior permission from Photohawk
Any actions that compromise the integrity, security, or fair use of the platform
What should I do if my account is suspended?
If your account has been suspended:
Please check your email for any notifications from our team
Ensure all outstanding invoices or subscription payments have been settled
If you’re unsure why your account was suspended or need help resolving it, please contact us at support@photohawk.com and we’ll help you get back up and running as quickly as possible.
