Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email containing a download link.
From there, you can download your photos, videos, or reels individually or as a ZIP file directly to your device.
We recommend downloading your files as soon as possible - some photographers delete galleries at the end of the month, to make way for new up and coming galleries, and we may not be able to recover them after that.
If your order was delivered via WhatsApp, you can either download each file manually or ensure that your device setting “Save to Photos” (or equivalent) is turned on so images are automatically saved to your photo library.
