I was charged twice, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been charged twice for your order. This can occasionally happen if there’s a duplicate payment or the page was refreshed during checkout.

Please contact our team at support@photohawk.com and include the following details so we can investigate:

  • Your order reference number(s)

  • The email address used to place the order

Once we’ve reviewed the transactions, we’ll confirm what’s happened and initiate a refund for any duplicate payment where applicable.
