Yes — you can close your Photohawk account whenever you choose.
Before doing so, please make sure you understand what happens when an account is permanently closed.
What Happens When You Close Your Account
When you close your account:
All photos, videos, galleries and pages stored in your account will be permanently deleted
Your account access will be removed
This action cannot be undone
Any usage charges relating to the current billing month may still apply and will be billed as normal
If you're sure you want to proceed, follow the steps below.
How to Close Your Account
Log into your Photohawk account
Click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of your dashboard
Select Billing
On the right-hand side, you will see the Close account section
The message will read:
“Permanently close your account. This action cannot be undone and will cause all photos / videos to be removed. Usage bills may still apply relating to the current month.”
Click Close account
Confirm your choice when prompted
Important Reminder
Once you close your account, your content cannot be recovered.
If you need to download your photos or export anything, make sure to do so before completing the closure.
