How does Photohawk work?

AI-powered technology

Updated over 4 months ago

Photohawk works by using artificial intelligence (AI) to scan and tag your photos as you upload them into galleries. Say goodbye to manually sorting through them, tagging them, and placing them into category folders.

By using Photohawk to share or sell your photos, you can simply do any required editing in Lightroom (or similar) and then upload.

When uploading, we recommend that you use our FTP service (available to Pro and Enterprise users only), as this is the most efficient, high-performance, and reliable way to upload. There is a web uploader for PAYG and Lite users, but we recommend upgrading to Pro or Enterprise if you plan to upload high volumes of photos (above 3,000).

Photohawk automatically scans and tags photos, making them instantly ready for sale or sharing - no manual sorting required. Once uploads are complete, share the gallery link with customers or participants (via email or social media). All orders are automatically fulfilled after checkout through the customer’s chosen method:

• WhatsApp delivery (not available for video or reels) direct to device, or
• Email delivery (ZIP or individual files).

Enterprise users also have access to fully managed support. For all other plans, customers receive the photographer’s contact email within their order confirmation email and can reach out directly for any additional support.
