Understanding the Coupons Page

When you access the Coupons page, you will see all coupons you have created, organised into four tabs:

  • All – every coupon you’ve created

  • Live – active coupons that are currently valid

  • Redeemed – coupons that have already been used

  • Expired – coupons that have passed their expiry date

Each coupon has a checkbox to the left of it, allowing you to take bulk actions.

Actions Available

After selecting one or more coupons using the checkbox:

  • Click With selection

  • Then choose:

    • Resend coupon to customer

    • Delete coupon from your records

  • Click the pencil icon on the right side of the coupon. This opens the coupon’s settings, where you can adjust all details (code, amount, limits, expiry, etc.)
