Yes — Photohawk allows you to offer coupons in a few different ways, depending on how you want to run your promotion.

Ways to Offer Coupons

1. Offer a Discount to All Customers

You can create a coupon that applies to everyone accessing your gallery.

  • Set a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off)

  • Limit it to a specific gallery

  • Enable “Automatically apply at checkout”

This is ideal for:

  • Early bird offers (e.g. first 2 weeks)

  • Event-wide promotions


2. Send Coupons to Individual Customers

You can create coupons for specific customers:

  • Assign the coupon to selected individuals

  • Send it directly to them

Useful for:

  • Customer support gestures

  • VIP access

  • Personalised offers


3. Bulk Create Coupons for Participants

If you have a list of participants, you can upload a CSV file and generate unique coupons for each person.

  • Upload a CSV with:

    • Email address

    • First name

    • Last name

  • Photohawk will generate unique codes per customer

Common use cases:

  • Pre-orders included with ticket sales

  • Event organisers providing free or discounted photos


Important to Know

  • Coupons can be limited to specific galleries or products

  • You can set expiry dates for time-limited offers

  • You can control how many times a coupon can be used

  • Coupons are not sent automatically — you’ll need to send them to customers after creating them
