How Customers Are Added
Customers can be added to your gallery in three ways:
1. Automatically via Subscriptions
When a customer subscribes to your gallery, they are automatically added to the Customers tab
This is the most common way to build your customer list
2. Manually Adding Customers
You can add individual customers yourself:
Go to your Gallery
Open the Customers tab
Click Create Customer
Enter:
Email address
First name
Last name
3. Bulk Upload via CSV
If you already have a list of participants, you can upload them in bulk:
Go to the Customers tab
Select Upload CSV
Use the provided template to ensure correct formatting:
Email
First name
Last name
Upload your file
After uploading:
Customers will be processed in the background
Refresh your page after ~30 seconds to see them appear
Exporting Customer Data
You can export your customer list at any time:
Download as a CSV file
This will include all data collected for each customer
Useful for:
Event reporting
Marketing follow-ups
External record keeping
Sending Notifications to Customers
You can notify customers when their photos are ready:
Go to the Customers tab
Select all customers (or specific ones)
Click With selection
Choose Send Photos Ready Notification
Avatar / Selfie Notes
Previously, customers could upload a selfie (avatar) when subscribing
This is no longer active, and avatars are not currently used within the Customers tab

Automatically collect subscribers
Manually add customers
Bulk upload participant lists
