Please note:
The “Photos Ready” notification is not sent automatically when you change a gallery to Live.
To Send the Notification:
Open your Gallery
Click on the Customers tab
Select the subscribers you’d like to notify
Click the “With selection” dropdown menu
Choose Send Photos Ready Notification
The selected customers will receive an email with a link to your gallery.
Sending the Gallery Link to an Event Organiser
If you’d like the organiser to share the gallery:
Open the Gallery
Go to Preview
Copy the URL
Send the link directly to them
Can I Notify All Customers at Once?
Yes — simply select all rows before choosing “Send Photos Ready Notification.”
